UVT welcomes enquiries from established professional partners operating in adult-only markets where the proposed activity is lawful. Every applicant, destination and promotional channel is reviewed before any commercial relationship begins.
Regulatory notice: nicotine-containing vape products and tobacco products are subject to strict advertising restrictions. Approval by UVT never replaces the partner’s duty to comply with every law, advertising code, platform rule and age-gating requirement that applies to the activity.
A more responsible model
Professional partnership, not unrestricted promotion
UVT Store serves adult customers in supported international destinations from the United Kingdom. Because vape and tobacco marketing rules differ sharply across markets, we do not offer instant affiliate links or authorise applicants to promote products wherever they choose.
Applications are submitted and managed through our GoAffPro portal. We assess the proposed country, audience, products, content format and acquisition channel before approval. If a compliant opportunity exists, the relationship is documented with market-specific restrictions and commercial terms.
This programme is operated independently by UK Vape & Tobacco Flagship Store. It is a retailer partnership programme and is not operated by, or on behalf of, RELX or any other product manufacturer unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Five stages before activity begins
GoAffPro manages registration, partner login, tracking and reporting. Registration does not constitute approval, and no promotional activity is authorised while an application is under review.

Register through the dedicated UVT GoAffPro portal using your professional name and active email address.
Complete your profile
Provide your country, business and channel URLs, audience geography and age profile, and proposed activity.
UVT review
We assess identity, market, audience age, product scope, content format, platform rules and regulatory risk.
Access your dashboard
Once approved, log in to access authorised referral links, coupons, reporting and permitted partner resources.
Track and get paid
GoAffPro records attributed activity. Eligible net orders are validated before approved earnings become payable.
Commercial framework
Terms are confirmed after approval
GoAffPro records referral activity, while UVT determines eligibility and payment under the approved terms. We do not publish a universal commission percentage because products, customer locations, margins, return risk and compliance requirements differ by market.
Agreed individually
The written partner agreement and approved GoAffPro account settings will specify the commercial rate, eligible products, attribution method, validation period, payment threshold, payment method and currency.

What counts as an eligible net order?
Unless the written agreement states otherwise, commercial credit is calculated on eligible net product revenue actually received by UVT.
- Shipping, taxes, customs charges, gift cards, discounts and refunded amounts are excluded.
- Cancelled, refunded, returned, refused, customs-returned, fraudulent or charged-back orders are excluded or reversed.
- Self-purchases, related-party orders and artificially generated transactions are not eligible unless expressly approved.
- Duplicate attribution, coupon interception and orders attributed through prohibited techniques are excluded.
- Orders remain pending during the written validation period and may be adjusted before payment.
Mandatory standards
Approval depends on continuing compliance
Partners remain responsible for their own legal advice. UVT approval does not mean that a regulator, platform or local authority has approved the activity.
Every approved partner must
- Target only adults who meet the legal purchasing age in their location and the delivery destination.
- Use effective age-screening and avoid media where a material proportion of the audience is underage.
- Comply with all advertising, tobacco, vaping, privacy, direct-marketing, tax and platform requirements.
- Disclose the commercial relationship clearly, prominently and close to each permitted recommendation or link.
- Use accurate product facts and keep screenshots or records of published content when requested.
- Remove, correct or pause content immediately when instructed by UVT or a competent authority.
Make the commercial relationship obvious
Labels such as “affiliate link” or a discount code alone may not tell customers that the publisher receives compensation. A disclosure must be understandable in the audience’s language and visible before or at the point of the permitted commercial link.
Example: “I may receive a commission if you make an eligible purchase through this link.”
Where video or audio is permitted, the disclosure may also need to appear within the content itself—not only in a caption or description.

Public social-media, paid-social, search, display, email or messaging promotion unless expressly approved and lawful.
Any tobacco-product advertising to the public where prohibited.
Content aimed at minors, youth culture or people below the legal purchasing age.
Medicinal, smoking-cessation, health, safety, “risk-free” or unsupported comparative claims.
Encouraging non-smokers, non-nicotine users or underage people to begin using vape products.
Unsolicited email, SMS, direct messages, spam, pop-ups, adware or forced redirects.
Cookie stuffing, click injection, hidden links, fake traffic, bots or manipulation of attribution.
Self-referrals, coordinated related-party orders, false identities or payment fraud.
Unauthorised bidding on UVT or third-party trademarks, misleading domains or impersonation.
False reviews, invented testimonials, concealed sponsorships or edited evidence.
Copying, altering or distributing brand assets, discount codes or product claims without approval.
Nicotine warning: products containing nicotine are addictive and are intended only for adults who already smoke or use nicotine. Marketing must never undermine the message that non-users should not start.
Frequently asked questions
Before you submit an enquiry
Is this programme open to UK influencers?
No. We do not operate an open programme authorising UK-facing public consumer promotion of restricted nicotine vape products. Professional trade enquiries and genuinely international proposals are considered individually, but only where the proposed activity is lawful.
Can I promote UVT products on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or other public social media?
Do not assume that public social-media promotion is permitted. Nicotine vape advertising is prohibited or heavily restricted in many markets and on many platforms. No social-media activity is authorised unless the exact country, account, content and product scope have been approved in writing and the activity is lawful.
What commission rate will I receive?
There is no public universal rate. If your application is approved, the applicable rate, eligible revenue, attribution rules, validation period and payment arrangements will be confirmed in your written terms and reflected in your GoAffPro account where applicable.
Do I have to disclose the commercial relationship?
Yes. The disclosure must be clear, prominent, understandable to the audience and close to every permitted link or recommendation. A discount code or the words “affiliate link” may not be sufficient on their own.
Can I purchase through my own link or code?
Not unless the written agreement expressly permits it. Self-purchases, related-party transactions and orders created mainly to generate commercial credit are normally excluded.
What happens when an order is refunded, charged back or returned by customs?
The corresponding commercial credit is cancelled or reversed. Credit is based on completed eligible net sales, not on an initial click, order submission or payment authorisation.
Does approval allow me to use RELX or other manufacturer branding?
No automatic trademark licence is granted. You may use only assets and wording expressly approved for the agreed activity. UVT Store is an independent retailer, and its partner programme must not be presented as a programme operated or endorsed by a manufacturer unless confirmed in writing.
