Youth Prevention & Adult-Only Sales Programme

Protecting young people is a shared responsibility. UK Vape & Tobacco Flagship Store does not knowingly sell vaping, nicotine or tobacco products to minors, and we reserve the right to verify age, refuse service or cancel any order that does not meet our requirements.

18+ minimum Higher local age rules apply No proxy purchasing No delivery to the UK
18+

You must be legally old enough to purchase in your destination.

You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher minimum age or birth-date requirement imposed by the laws of your delivery country or region. By accessing age-restricted areas or placing an order, you confirm that you satisfy both requirements.

Our standard

Built around adult-only access

These controls apply across our vaping, nicotine, non-nicotine and tobacco ranges. A product being nicotine-free does not make it suitable for a minor.

18+

Adult-only sales

We do not knowingly sell to anyone below the applicable legal purchasing age and do not permit adults to buy on behalf of a minor.

ID

Verification rights

We may review payment and order information or request valid proof of age and identity before accepting or dispatching an order.

AD

Responsible marketing

Our product communication is intended for existing adult consumers and must not be deliberately directed at children or young people.

Right to refuse

Where age, identity, destination legality or intended recipient cannot be confirmed, we may place the order on hold, cancel it or refuse service.

How it works

Our age-control process

Age assurance can occur at more than one stage. Passing one control does not prevent us from carrying out another where an order requires review.

01

Age declaration

By entering age-restricted areas and ordering, the customer confirms that they meet the legal purchasing age at the delivery destination.

02

Payment & order screening

Payment-stage controls and order details may be checked for inconsistencies, unusual purchasing patterns or possible third-party purchasing.

03

Additional verification

We may ask the customer to provide an accepted government-issued photo ID or other evidence required by the delivery jurisdiction.

04

Approval or refusal

If eligibility cannot be established promptly, the order may be delayed, cancelled or refused. We are not obliged to complete a restricted sale.

Important: Using a valid payment method does not itself guarantee acceptance. The cardholder, purchaser, recipient and delivery details may be reviewed together, and additional checks may be required.

Shared responsibility

What every customer must do

International customers are responsible for giving accurate information and following both our rules and the laws of their delivery destination.

01

Use truthful details

Provide your real name, date-of-birth information when requested, contact details and delivery address. Never submit altered or borrowed identification.

02

Do not buy for a minor

Do not purchase, gift, transfer or arrange delivery of any age-restricted product for someone who is under the applicable legal age.

03

Check local rules

Confirm that import, possession and use are lawful in your country or region before ordering. Local age rules may be higher than 18.

04

Store products securely

Keep devices, pods, e-liquids, tobacco and accessories locked away from children, young people, pets and anyone for whom they were not purchased.

For parents & guardians

Practical steps to reduce youth access

Prevention continues after delivery. Guardians and adult customers can help by controlling access, discussing risks clearly and acting promptly if a concern arises.

01

Secure storage

Store all products out of sight and reach, preferably in a locked place. Do not leave them in bags, drawers, vehicles or shared rooms accessible to minors.

02

Know what is present

Keep track of devices, pods, liquids and tobacco products in the home. Dispose of used or unwanted products through an appropriate local route.

03

Discuss the risks

Explain that nicotine is addictive, tobacco is harmful and vaping products are not intended for children or young people, including nicotine-free variants.

04

Report concerns

If you believe our store has been used for an attempted underage purchase, contact us with the relevant order or incident details so we can review it.

!

Accidental exposure requires prompt action

If a child may have swallowed e-liquid, nicotine or tobacco, or is unwell after exposure, contact your local emergency service or poison information centre immediately. Take the product packaging with you where possible. This page does not replace professional medical advice.

Responsible communication

How we approach products and marketing

Our store serves adult consumers. Commercial communication should be factual, age-appropriate and consistent with the legal restrictions of the markets in which it is shown.

What we commit to

  • Display prominent nicotine and tobacco warnings where applicable.
  • Describe products for adult customers without presenting them as harmless.
  • Apply adult-only treatment to nicotine-free vapes as part of our store policy.
  • Review reports of underage access, proxy purchasing or inappropriate promotion.
  • Cooperate with payment, delivery and compliance partners where a lawful review is required.

What we do not support

  • Sales to minors or adults knowingly purchasing on behalf of minors.
  • Marketing deliberately placed in child-focused environments or youth channels.
  • Messaging that encourages non-adult, non-user or experimental uptake.
  • False claims that nicotine, vaping or tobacco products are risk-free.
  • Attempts to evade age, identity, payment, import or delivery controls.

Common questions

Adult-only sales FAQ

Select a question to view the answer.

What is the minimum age for ordering?

You must be at least 18 and must also meet any higher age or birth-date restriction that applies in the delivery country or region. The higher requirement takes priority.

Are nicotine-free products available to minors?

No. As a store policy, all vaping products—including nicotine-free products, devices and related consumables—are sold only to customers who meet our adult age requirement.

Can an adult buy a product as a gift?

Only when the final recipient also meets the applicable legal purchasing age and the product is lawful at the destination. Buying or transferring products for a minor is prohibited.

Why might you request proof of age?

We may need additional evidence if order, payment or delivery information is inconsistent, if the destination requires it, or if we otherwise cannot be satisfied that the sale is lawful.

What happens if verification is not completed?

The order may remain on hold and may then be cancelled or refused. Dispatch will not proceed while a required verification remains unresolved.

How is identity information handled?

Information is handled for verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance and order administration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not send identity documents unless our support team specifically requests them through an approved channel.

Can I report a suspected underage order?

Yes. Email support@uvtstore.com with the order number, relevant dates and a concise explanation. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information about a child.

Does this programme replace local law?

No. This is our operating standard. Customers remain responsible for checking and following all laws and restrictions that apply in the delivery country or region.

Report a youth-prevention concern

Please tell us if you believe our store has been used for an attempted underage purchase, proxy purchase or inappropriate youth-directed promotion. Include the relevant order number, page URL or incident date where available. We will review the report and may restrict the related account or order.
